A wonderful traditional Bb reel, supposedly from the Sault Ste. Marie area. It was popularized in Ontario by Rene Cote. In "Ryan's Mammoth Collection" (and Coles' 1000 Fiddle Tunes) there's an older hornpipe called "Good For The Tongue" which is very similar.
