ALEX MULLIGAN STUBBLE JUMPER! Alex Mulligan was a dance caller, step dancer and folk artist from Bobcaygeon, who taught step dancing square dancing in Toronto for many years. he was born about 1915. Judy Moore and Ian Bell recently restored one of his many mechanical "Stubble Jumpers" to working order. This one was probably made about 1970. The off/on switch sports a Canadian Tire price tag that says .73!
