One of many songs published and cheaply printed in the "Irving's Five Cent Music" series. See history below. The other published versions I've seen of this song are all American. I can't find any references to Jenny Lindsay the composer. Scroll down the PDF to the left for complete music. I found a curious version of the song on YouTube (link below) It's not exactly like the sheet music musically, but pretty close.
