A curious song LaRena learned from her father. This piece clearly started off as the comic Irish music hall song, but turned into something else entirely somewhere along the way. The partridge seems to have come from a line in the original song that went. "For a big jackass smelt out Paddy, and lay down by him on the way". Do with it what you will.
