The first part of this piece is generally known as "The Black Joke". (or "Joak") It first appears as the melody for an 18th century English bawdy song, (look it up) and is still in use for English country dancing and as a morris dance tune. I don't know the origins of the last part of the tune. I made the C note in the final bar natural.
